About this opportunity:
n
Revenue Growth & P&L; Ownership:
n
n
- Own a topline ecommerce revenue target across ANZ and international -this is a growth role with an explicit number to hit
n
- Full P&L; ownership across all regions including pricing strategy (FX, duties, tax and margin)
n
- Drive full-price sell-through and own markdown strategy -protecting brand equity and margin in equal measure
n
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and in-season reforecasting with rigour and pace
n
- Lead a structured daily and weekly trading cadence -a rigorous trade pack reviewed at pace, with underperformance actioned within 48 hours
n
- Operate as a true merchant: balancing instinct and data to optimise conversion, AOV, sell-through and margin in real time
n
- Drive in-season agility -reorder calls, promotional decisions, and clearance strategy executed with commercial sharpness
n
- Own daily KPI visibility: session-to-conversion, add-to-cart rate, checkout completion, basket size and return rate impact
n
n
International Trade & Market Strategy:
n
n
- Define and execute ecommerce strategy across AU, NZ, US, EU, UK and Middle East
n
- Understand regional demand signals and translate them into action -not just localised campaigns but assortment and pricing decisions by market
n
- Lead the Shopify Markets strategy across all regions, ensuring best-in-class localised experience (content, pricing, currency, duties, language)
n
- Champion regional nuance in buying decisions -act as a commercial advocate with the Buying team for gaps that hurt conversion
n
n
CRO & Customer Experience:
n
n
- Own the commercial performance of the full customer journey -from PDP through to post-purchase
n
- Drive PDP conversion rate, checkout abandonment reduction, AOV through cross-sell and upsell mechanics, and return rate improvement
n
- Continuously optimise UX and CRO using a test-and-learn framework -rapid iteration over perfection
n
- Ensure brand consistency is never compromised in the pursuit of conversion gains
n
n
Critical Path & Execution Excellence:
n
n
- Own and influence the end-to-end critical path across Buying, Merchandising, Digital and Marketing
n
- Ensure product readiness, campaign alignment and key trade moments are delivered on time and to commercial outcome
n
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams -deadline adherence is non-negotiable
n
- Push performance boundaries through AI-driven personalisation, automation and advanced analytics
n
- Influence the digital roadmap to support scalable growth -with a bias toward tools that improve revenue, not just operations
n
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, iterating fast on what drives trade outcomes
n
n
Leadership:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team across trading, digital and performance functions
n
- Build a culture of ownership, pace, accountability and commercial ambition
n
- Act as a key commercial voice in the business -influencing cross-functional decisions with revenue impact in mind
