About The Role
n
Provide personalised care and support to participants in their own homes. Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines.
n

- Assist with grooming, toileting, cleaning, meals, and medication
n
- Follow personalised support and health plans
n
- Provide companionship and emotional support
n
- Respect client preferences, privacy, and cultural needs
n
- Report concerns and changes in condition promptly
n

About You
n
n
- Minimum 6 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community or Disability, or related field
n
- Hands‐on experience in providing personal care (e.g. grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, meals, medication support)
n
- Experience working in in‐home care
n
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour support
n
- Effective written and verbal communication, including clear case note writing
n
- Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervision
n
- Solid interpersonal skills to work both autonomously and as part of a team
n
- NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence, and insured vehicle
n
