What are we looking for?
Due to business growth, AUSCOIL is excited to announce a newly created opportunity for Field Logistic Operators to join our team. Reporting directly to the Field Service Manager and based in out of the Charlton office, this full-time role operates on a 15/13 roster on both day and night shifts and will be responsible for;
- Vehicle inspection: Conduct pre-start and pre-trip inspections, promptly reporting any faults or issues.
- Transport - Water, chemicals, cryogenic nitrogen, and cement powder between the AUSCOIL facility and operational sites.
- Waste management - Manage removal of well returns (e.g. flowback fluids), ensuring proper containment, transport,
and disposal at approved waste facilities.
- NHVR compliance - Operate strictly within the legal framework set by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) and Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).
- Accurate and timely logbooks - Ensure logbooks are submitted on time and free of errors, supporting operational transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Fatigue management and scheduling - Operate within AUSCOIL’s fatigue risk approved scheduling framework, following either Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) or Advanced Fatigue Management (AFM) accreditation as required
- On-stie Support and equipment handling as required
This role is ideal for an experienced vac / fluid-tank driving professional, who is hands-on, autonomous and looking to work with, and support a energetic and growing business. What are we looking for?
· MC license
· 3+ years’ experience driving vac / fluid trucks
· Experience working in or around gas fields
· A ‘can do’ positive attitude, who doesn’t shy away from responsibility or hard work
