Full-time | 2.5-month contract | Perth, Rockingham and Mandurah
Join Calendar Club Australia for our busiest time of year
For over 30 years, Calendar Club Australia has helped Australians stay organised and celebrate their passions. We’re Australia’s destination for calendars, diaries, planners and unique gifts, with seasonal pop-up stores across the country and an extensive range of officially licensed entertainment, sport, art, lifestyle and family products. We’re looking for a hands-on Field Manager to oversee approximately 11 seasonal pop-up stores across Perth, Rockingham and Mandurah.
About the role
You’ll be the key link between our Head Office and WA store teams, regularly visiting stores to ensure they look outstanding, operate effectively and deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a varied, fast-paced field role where no two days are the same. You’ll support store teams, solve operational issues, maintain merchandising standards and help keep our seasonal network running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Visit stores across Perth, Rockingham and Mandurah.
- Assess store presentation, merchandising, cleanliness and operational standards.
- Implement and maintain planograms and promotional displays.
- Coach and support store teams, including assisting with onboarding and training.
- Identify issues and take action to improve store performance.
- Support store openings, pop-up installations, stock takes, display changes and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to urgent operational requirements from Head Office.
- Report on store conditions, staffing, compliance and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain safe working practices and ensure WHS requirements are followed.
About you
You’ll ideally have experience in retail operations, merchandising or field management, along with:
- Strong retail merchandising and planogram skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organisation, time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working independently across multiple locations.
- Microsoft Office and mobile reporting skills.
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
Experience in multi-site retail, visual merchandising and team training will be highly regarded.
Flexibility is important
Retail doesn’t operate strictly from 9 to 5—and neither does this role. You’ll need the flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays when required, particularly around store installations, merchandising changes, promotional launches and other operational requirements.
Frequent travel between stores is required, with occasional overnight travel where necessary.
What we offer
- A varied, hands-on role with plenty of autonomy.
- The opportunity to work across a diverse seasonal retail network.
- Initial training and ongoing support.
- A supportive Head Office team.
If you’re proactive, organised, solutions-focused and comfortable being out in the field, we’d love to hear from you. Help us make another Calendar Club season a success—apply today.
Calendar Club Australia is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and provide equal employment opportunities.
