This long standing agency is now in pursuit of a self motivated and switched on professional ready to kick start their property management career. Based around the Melbourne CBD and surrounds, we are seeking a Field Officer. This is an Entry Level position or someone with less than 12 months experience in real estate.

THE ROLE

- Liaising with the property management department with all inspections
- Management of all property advertisements including scheduling of opens, routines etc.
- Preparing relevant reports and providing to the team
- Bond lodgements, lease preparation and signing up with renters

Working Tuesday to Saturday (Monday's off), this role will be working in a high pressure and fast paced setting where no two days are the same.





IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Suitable for Entry Level candidates or 12+ months experience
- Ability to work in a large team working on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- A team player with a can do attitude
- Proactive and good interpersonal skills
- Passion for real estate and thrive on challenges

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Certificate IV in Real Estate (VIC)
- Current Police Check
- Own car and VIC Drivers License
- Have a strong PASSION for Real Estate
- Display a strong work ethic and reliability
