The Opportunity

We’re seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer to join our team based in Brisbane, Qld. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide on-site technical service including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support across a range of laboratory and scientific instruments. Occasional interstate travel is required, as well as international travel for factory training.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical service and support to customers
- Diagnoses and complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Install and commission new equipment on-site
- Build relationships with customers and support service agreement discussions
- Maintain clear documentation of all service visits and actions taken





About You To thrive in this role, you will have:

- A qualification in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering
- Experience servicing scientific or laboratory equipment
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- A customer-first mindset and a high level of self-motivation
- Proficiency with service reporting systems

Essential Requirements

- Australian residency and full working rights
- A valid Australian driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for factory training.
