ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Service Technician, your main responsibilities will include:

- Installing, servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and efficiently repairing pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical faults related to compressed air and nitrogen plant equipment in the field.
- Handling the installation, service and repair of gas generation and air filtration systems, ensuring adherence to technical requirements and specifications.
- Conducting commissioning and testing activities in compliance with internal and third-party specifications, including legislative requirements, standards and industry codes.
- Identifying capital equipment sales opportunities and providing timely quotes to customers.
- Being available for occasional overtime, including Saturdays, and regional travel as required.

ABOUT YOU To thrive in this role, you will need:





- Proven experience in a field service role within a technical environment, ideally in the air compressor or HVAC industry.
- A technical background in mechanical or engineering fields.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and build rapport effectively.
- The ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A customer-focused approach with an innovative, forward-thinking and positive attitude.
- An electrical disconnect/reconnect licence—desirable.
- Solid organisational skills, flexibility and effective problem-solving abilities.
- A current Queensland Driver Licence.
- A minimum of one to two years’ field service experience in a technical environment.
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
- Availability for an immediate start is highly regarded.
