Role Description

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Perth service team.

This is a full-time, field-based role servicing customers across the Perth metropolitan area and, when required, regional Western Australia.

You will work across a wide variety of compressed air equipment and customer sites, from production and manufacturing facilities through to mining operations and critical environments such as hospitals.

The role will include

- Servicing and maintaining compressed air systems and associated equipment
- Fault finding and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
- Carrying out preventative and scheduled maintenance
- Repairing equipment and responding to breakdowns
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Providing customers with clear updates and technical advice
- Identifying additional repairs, parts or follow-up work
- Completing accurate service reports and documentation




- Working closely with our Service team to coordinate parts and ongoing works
- Maintaining Cleveland's high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service

Qualifications & Experience We are looking for someone with:
- A recognised mechanical, electrical, refrigeration or similar trade qualification
- Good mechanical and technical aptitude
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Experience working with industrial equipment or machinery
- A willingness to learn and develop recent technical skills
- Good communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Strong safety awareness
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Willingness to travel within WA when required

Compressed air experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We are happy to hear from technicians with backgrounds in areas such as industrial electrical, mechanical fitting, refrigeration, mining, manufacturing, automotive or similar technical trades .
