KW Civil & Construction is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering major civil, mining and infrastructure projects across Western Australia.

This isn't a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines. You'll be working closely with site teams, clients, subcontractors and our Operations Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver projects from start to finish.

If you're a hands-on Project Engineer who knows how to get things moving, understands the realities of FIFO projects and takes pride in delivering safely, efficiently and commercially — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll have a genuine influence on project delivery, including:

- Managing project activities from mobilisation through to completion.
- Developing and monitoring project schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
- Reviewing technical documentation and engineering designs.
- Coordinating procurement of materials, plant and subcontractors.
- Managing subcontractors and supporting contract administration.
- Monitoring costs, productivity, progress and project performance.
- Working closely with site teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
- Identifying project risks and implementing practical solutions.
- Preparing progress reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Ensuring works meet client specifications, quality requirements and safety standards.
- Supporting project close-out and handover.

What We're Looking For





We're looking for someone who has been there and done it — particularly in a FIFO civil, mining or infrastructure setting.

You'll need:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience as a FIFO Project Engineer in civil, mining or infrastructure projects (mandatory).
- Strong contract administration and procurement experience.
- A solid understanding of project costs, scheduling and commercial requirements.
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High-level Microsoft Office skills.
- The ability to work effectively with site teams, clients and subcontractors.

⭐ RTIO project experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
