We're after a Finance Manager who wants ownership, not just tasks. You'll run the group's month end close end to end, keep the balance sheet genuinely clean (not just reconciled on paper), and be the person the business trusts when the numbers need explaining. You'll also get real exposure to acquisitions, trust account compliance and audit, the kind of breadth that's hard to find outside a business at this stage of growth.

What you'll own

- End of month close across the group, on time, every entity, every time.
- Balance sheet integrity: reconciliations that get resolved, not carried forward.




- P&L; and balance sheet commentary that non-finance stakeholders actually understand and act on.
- Trust account disbursements and statutory compliance for homeowner and corporate revenue.
- Automation of the close process, because manual handling should keep shrinking, not staying static.
- Audit prep, AP review, statutory reporting and tax filing oversight, working directly with the Senior Finance Manager.
- Finance integration for new acquisitions, from opening balance sheets to chart of accounts alignment.
- A trusted escalation point for the business on payments, coding and reconciliations.

What you bring

- CA/CPA qualified, with 3-5+ years including multi-entity group experience.
- A genuine pride in clean numbers and a low tolerance for loose ends.
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-growing business.
- Strong Xero and advanced Excel skills, plus a track record of using AI to automate finance work.
- A collaborative streak. This is a hands-on team, not a silo.
