We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial analysis, business performance, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and supporting data-driven business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, business performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.

• Prepare financial reports, management reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and financial projections.

• Conduct variance analysis and investigate differences between actual and projected results.

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Analyze business trends, market conditions, and financial performance indicators.

• Prepare financial analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions.

• Evaluate investment opportunities, projects, and business initiatives where required.

• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.

• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for improved financial efficiency.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities.

• Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.

• Assist with financial due diligence, business cases, and scenario analysis.

• Prepare presentations and financial insights for management and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and senior management teams.

• Maintain accurate financial models, databases, reports, and supporting documentation.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,



Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A;, investment analysis, or business analysis is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Robust Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, financial planning systems, or ERP platforms is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of financial information.

• Ability to translate financial data into clear and actionable business insights.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• ACCA, CFA, CPA, CIMA, or other relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
