Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance analysis, forecasting, and data-driven business decisions. The role involves analyzing financial statements, budgets, revenue and cost structures, cash flow, and key financial indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You will prepare financial models, management reports, forecasts, and presentations, while providing explicit insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial knowledge with analytical thinking and can translate complex financial information into concise, actionable recommendations. Accuracy, integrity, commercial awareness, and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance.




- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, business intelligence tools, or data visualization software is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, operating metrics, budgets, forecasts, and business performance indicators.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify financial trends, assess risks, and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
