About the opportunity

This is a newly created, position that reflects the scale and complexity the finance function now demands. You will own the month-end cycle, manage an expanding international tax compliance workload spanning US state by state obligations and imminent European requirements, and become the internal champion for production costing, building bill of materials structures, overhead recovery models, and warehouse cost analysis within SAP. Leading a team of three and working closely with the Head of Finance, you will free them for strategic leadership while you own the operational heartbeat of the business.

Over your first six months you will shape financial dashboards, develop meaningful cost intelligence for the senior leadership team, and help lay the foundation for an integrated ERP future. This is not a role for someone content to maintain what exists. It is for someone who questions the numbers, maps the unmapped, and treats financial systems as a platform for genuine commercial insight.

About you





You are CPA or CA qualified with comparable experience in a senior accounting leadership role. You bring genuine, hands-on production costing experience across BOMs, overhead recovery, labour and machinery allocation, and variance reporting, and you are confident navigating multi-currency operations on a major ERP platform. SAP experience is a strong advantage as is international tax exposure, particularly US state by state obligations or European VAT.

Just as significant as your technical credentials is your character: intellectually curious, commercially inquisitive, and genuinely collaborative. You lead by being present and generous with your knowledge, and you step across functional boundaries without hesitation when the business needs it.
