Role Description The Owner at Wizonbiz Digital will oversee the overall business strategy, operations, and growth of the company in a full-time, in office role based in Kathmandu. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, managing client relationships, and guiding digital marketing campaigns to ensure quality and effectiveness.

The role involves leading and mentoring team members, coordinating project timelines, and monitoring performance metrics across all services. The Owner will also manage budgets, identify new market opportunities, and make key decisions to strengthen the company’s competitive position and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, or managing a digital marketing or related service-based company.
- Solid understanding of core digital marketing disciplines such as social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM,



and paid advertising.
- Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to set and achieve measurable goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management, partnership development, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic business analytics.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
- Experience in lead generation, sales, and customer success within digital services is an advantage.
