岗位职责
:
1. 财务核算与报告
:全面负责澳洲子公司日常财务核算工作,按照
澳大利亚会计准则(AASB)
和中国会计准则编制月度、季度及年度财务报告,确保及时准确地向集团总部汇报。
2. 预算管理与成本控制
:主导年度预算编制、滚动预测及执行监控,针对矿业运营成本(如开采、物流、人力)进行深度分析,提出成本优化建议。
3. 税务合规与风控
:负责与澳洲税务局(ATO)对接,确保公司所得税、GST(商品服务税)、FBT(附加福利税)等税务申报合规,统筹审计、内控及风险管理工作。
4. 资金与外汇管理
:监控公司现金流状况,优化资金使用效率,配合集团开展外汇风险管理(澳元/人民币),确保资金安全。
5. 团队领导与跨部门协作
:直接管理并培养约5人的财务团队,制定绩效考核目标;与澳洲当地运营、法务及外部审计机构保持密切合作,支持业务决策。
6. 中澳准则衔接
:针对集团合并报表需求,协调处理中澳准则差异调整事项,确保跨境财务数据无缝对接。
任职要求
:
1. 教育背景
:本科及以上学历,财务、会计、金融等相关专业;持有澳洲
CPA
(注册会计师)或CA(特许会计师)资质者优先。
2. 工作经验
:
5年以上
财务相关工作经验,其中至少2年以上财务团队管理经验(管理过3人以上团队),有矿业、资源类或跨国制造企业背景者优先。
3. 语言能力
:
中英文流利(听说读写)
,能够将中文作为工作语言与集团总部高效沟通,并熟练使用英文撰写董事会报告及与澳洲本地机构对接。
4. 专业技能
:精通澳洲会计准则及国际财务报告准则(IFRS),熟悉澳洲税法及合规要求;熟练使用ERP系统(如SAP、Oracle)及财务分析工具。
5. 软实力
:具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力、抗压能力和逻辑分析能力,能够适应中澳时差下的远程汇报模式。
Key Responsibilities
:
1. Financial Accounting &
- Reporting
: Oversee daily financial operations of the Australian subsidiary. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with both
Australian Accounting Standards (AASB)
and Chinese GAAP, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Group headquarters.
- Budgeting &
- Cost Control
: Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and performance monitoring. Conduct in-depth analysis of operational costs (e.g., mining extraction, logistics, labor) and provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization.
- Tax Compliance &
- Risk Management
: Serve as the key liaison with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), ensuring full compliance with Income Tax, GST, FBT, and other statutory obligations. Oversee internal controls, audits, and enterprise risk management.
- Treasury &
- FX Management
: Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital efficiency.
Coordinate with the Group on foreign exchange risk management (AUD/RMB) to safeguard financial assets.
- Team Leadership &
- Cross-functional Collaboration
: Directly manage and mentor a team of approximately 5 finance professionals, setting clear KPIs and driving performance. Collaborate closely with local operations, legal teams, and external auditors to support business decisions.
- Cross-border Standards Alignment
: Address adjustments arising from differences between AASB and Chinese GAAP for Group consolidation purposes, ensuring seamless integration of cross-border financial data.
Qualifications &
- Requirements
:
1. Education
: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Australian
CPA or CA qualification is highly preferred.
2. Experience
: Minimum
5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing a team of 3 or more.
Background in mining, resources, or multinational manufacturing industries is a solid plus.
3. Language Skills
:
Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
. Must be able to use Chinese as a working language for effective communication with the Group HQ in China, while also proficient in drafting board reports and liaising with local Australian authorities in English.
4. Technical Expertise
: Sound knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, IFRS, and Australian tax regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling tools.
5. Soft Skills
: Excellent cross-cultural communication, resilience, and analytical thinking. Ability to work effectively in a remote reporting structure across different time zones (China-Australia).
