Job Description

MiCare is a not-for-profit organisation delivering aged care, home care, and migrant support services in Australia. The Team Leader, Home Care Queensland, leads high-quality in-home services for Support at Home Packages and Veterans Home Care, managing a small caseload and driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee intake, care plans, onboarding timeliness, data integrity, and budgets, while developing the workforce and ensuring culturally appropriate care aligned with best practice
