Salary range of $110K - $140K plus super

Take ownership of a diverse operational portfolio and lead a team to deliver high-quality, efficient and client-focused services. This hands-on leadership role suits a decisive operator who can move seamlessly between day-to-day detail and strategic thinking, while embracing AI, automation and new technologies to lift performance.

You'll lead operational delivery, people capability, service quality and continuous improvement across services such as field operations, investigations, repossessions, audits and other evolving portfolios.
