The Role

n

You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 130 properties, with support from remote professionals to help keep the administration under control.

n

As the portfolio grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on more leadership responsibility and become a key part of the future structure of the department.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Landlord and tenant communication
n
- Routine inspections and maintenance coordination
n
- Portfolio reporting and compliance
n
- Supporting and mentoring team members as required
n
- Helping improve processes as the department grows
n
- Gradually stepping into greater Team Leader responsibilities
n

The Candidate

n

n
- Minimum 2+ years residential property management experience
n
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end property management
n
- Confidence managing landlord and tenant relationships
n
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- An interest in stepping into leadership and mentoring others
n
- Reapit or Console Cloud experience highly regarded
n
