Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team, this is a broad and influential position responsible for leading the organisation's financial performance, operational functions and long-term sustainability. With oversight across finance, property, assets, ICT, procurement and organisational performance, you'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful change while supporting a mission that positively impacts thousands of Tasmanians.

The Opportunity

Financial Leadership

n

n
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
n
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, audit and risk management activities
n
- Ensure strong governance, controls and regulatory compliance
n
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board to support decision-making
n

n

Operations & Organisational Performance

n

n
- Lead organisational performance, planning and sustainability initiatives
n
- Oversee ICT, property, assets, insurance and procurement functions
n
- Drive process improvement,



efficiency and resource optimisation across the organisation
n
- Support the delivery of strategic and operational priorities
n

n

Stakeholder & Executive Leadership

n

n
- Partner with the CEO and Board on organisational strategy and future growth
n
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary corporate services teams
n
- Manage key external relationships including auditors, regulators and service providers
n
- Oversee major contracts, leases and commercial agreements
n

n

About You

n

To be successful, you will bring:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA, CA, or equivalent certification.
n
- Significant senior finance or executive leadership experience
n
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic planning capability
n
- Experience leading governance, compliance, audit and risk functions
n
- Exposure to property, procurement, ICT or broader corporate services portfolios
n
- Proven experience working effectively with Boards and Executive Teams
n
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Experience within the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded
n
