A1 Recruitment is recruiting for an established international food trading and supply business looking to add an experienced Logistics & Documentation Officer to its specialist Reefer Team.

You’ll manage the end-to-end logistics and documentation of international perishable cargo shipments , working across reefer, air freight, LCL and consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate international freight bookings and shipments
- Manage reefer, air freight, LCL and consolidations
- Prepare export documentation including CI, Packing Lists, Health Certificates, COO and Bills of Lading
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and 3PLs
- Track deliveries and resolve shipment delays
- Review freight and supplier invoices
- Maintain inventory and shipment records

About You:

- Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding or export documentation
- Reefer/perishable or food logistics experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confident managing multiple shipments and deadlines
