Job Description

We're looking for a commercially minded Head of Warehouse & Logistics (ANZ) to lead and execute end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Based at our Enfield National Distribution Centre, this role has full ownership of operational performance supporting 55–80 retail stores, ecommerce fulfilment, and inter-warehouse movements. This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who thrives on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

n

Lead day-to-day warehousing and logistics operations across AU & NZ

n

Own performance of the Enfield DC and NZ warehouse

n

Deliver safe, compliant, and reliable operations aligned to WHS standards

n

Maintain ≥98% inventory accuracy through strong controls and discipline

n

Manage labour planning, capacity, throughput, and service levels

n

Lead carrier and freight performance, SLAs, and cost optimisation

n

Own warehouse SOPs, audits, and operational governance

n

Act as operational lead for WMS and ERP implementation and adoption

n

Build, lead, and develop high-performing warehouse leadership teams

n

What you bring

n

8–10+ years' senior leadership experience in warehousing & logistics

n

Background in high-SKU retail or FMCG environments

n

Experience running large DCs and multi-channel fulfilment operations

n

Strong knowledge of ANZ freight and compliance requirements

n

Proven people leader with strong WHS capability

n

Data-driven, decisive, and accountable for operational outcomes

n

Fluency in Mandarin is desirable, due to extensive communication required with China based suppliers & stakeholders
