About The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our store and bring together great people, strong commercial results and an exceptional customer experience.

n

In This Role, You Will

n

n
- Lead the team: Recruit, coach, develop and inspire team members to deliver their best.
n
- Run the store: Own day-to-day operations, inventory, merchandising, stock management and customer experience.
n
- Drive performance: Take accountability for sales, profitability, budgets, costs and key store KPIs.
n
- Create a safe, compliant workplace: Champion WHS, food safety, hygiene and regulatory standards.
n
- Build local connections: Strengthen customer advocacy and relationships with local communities, producers and organisations.
n

You'll Bring

n

n
- Retail leadership: 5+ years' experience in retail, supermarket or trade-based environments, with proven people leadership experience.
n
- Commercial mindset: Strong business acumen and the ability to use data and insights to drive sales, profitability and efficiency.
n
- Customer focus:



A genuine passion for creating great customer experiences and building a strong store culture.
n
- Influence & resilience: Confident managing competing priorities, influencing stakeholders and making decisions in a rapid-paced workplace.
n
- Operational expertise: Strong understanding of supermarket operations, inventory, merchandising, WHS, food safety and regulatory requirements.
