Job Description

Australian Unity is seeking a General Manager Residential Aged Care Operations to lead a national portfolio of 12 communities, driving resident outcomes, workforce performance and regulatory excellence. The role reports to the National General Manager Residential Aged Care and guides transformation across the portfolio.

You will lead senior operational leaders, shape strategy, and ensure sustainable occupancy, quality and commercial performance in a rapidly reforming aged care workplace.
