We're looking for a passionateand experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic John Deere team inRutherford!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Efficiently manage & direct all aspects of the workshopoperations.
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customerbase.
- Ensure delivery of key performance indicators includingproductivity, efficiency, rework, WIP and Billing Cycle
- Lead, coach and develop a team of workshop employees.
- Provide leadership, guidance & training to the service team.
- Continuously develop & implement strategies to improvemaintenance & service effectiveness.
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuousimprovement

What We’re Looking For





- Extensive experience in a management position within a workshopenvironment with heavy machinery is a must.
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow workcolleagues and management.
- Strong leadership skills including outstanding communication(verbal and written) and motivational skills.
- Financial management including managing budgets.
- Ability to evaluate and assess operations and respond to changingneeds.
- Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
