Infotrust is looking for an experienced L3 Senior Engineer to join our Service Delivery team in Sydney.

n

This is a hands‐on role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with customers and taking ownership through to resolution. You'll support a range of customer environments, lead advanced escalations and contribute to project delivery and ongoing platform improvements.

The Role

n

n
- Resolve complex Azure, infrastructure and networking incidents
n
- Support, maintain and optimise customer Azure environments
n
- Deliver customer‐facing infrastructure and cloud projects
n
- Lead escalations from L1 and L2 engineers
n
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
n
- Contribute technical guidance and knowledge across the engineering team
n
- Collaborate with internal Service Delivery and Cyber Security teams
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Strong Azure and systems engineering experience
n
- Broad capability across infrastructure, cloud, networking and virtualisation
n




- Experience supporting complex customer environments within an MSP or managed services provider
n
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
n
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, backup and infrastructure platforms
n
- Robust communication skills and confidence working directly with customers
n
- A practical, accountable approach to delivering technical outcomes
