Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role
This role is well suited to someone with robust administrative skills, sound judgement, and a calm, professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information in a rapid paced environment.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Support the administration of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests by assisting with receiving, registering, tracking and processing requests in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
- Provide administrative support for other information access matters, including non FOI requests, subpoenas, and court or tribunal requests, ensuring responses are coordinated accurately and within required timeframes.
- Respond professionally, courteously and sensitively to external stakeholders, including members of the public, courts, tribunals and government agencies, via phone, email and written correspondence.
- Maintain accurate, complete and well organised records across multiple systems to support information access activities, reporting and compliance.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, working collaboratively with Legal Services and internal stakeholders while managing competing tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- You have a Diploma or tertiary qualification in legal administration or a related discipline, and/or substantial experience in administration or office management.
- You are an organised and detail focused administrator who works confidently in a legal, compliance or information handling environment.
- You communicate clearly and professionally and are comfortable dealing sensitively with a wide range of stakeholders, including members of the public and government agencies.
- You exercise sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- You manage competing priorities effectively and work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
