Job Description

NAB is seeking a Fraud Specialist to join the Cairns Community Hub, working in-branch five days a week. You will support customers facing fraud and vulnerabilities, coach staff on Fraud First Response, and ensure high-quality service while staying up-to-date with NAB policies and procedures.

You bring fraud frontline experience, solid communication, empathy and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to train others and handle complex situations with resilience.
