Company Description

Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Attendants and Bar Attendants to join our team.

- Creating exceptional guest experiences by providing great customer service and memorable moments
- Efficiently in serving food & beverage for restaurant and conference rooms
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits
- Breakfast service including buffet, and maintaining presentation of the restaurant
- Assisting guests with questions and menu recommendations
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage
- Knowledge of beverages including barista coffee,



cocktails and wines to be able to maximise average spend
- Ability to work in a fast paced workplace, with attention to detail
- Interest in making genuine connections with guests and colleagues
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling, or willing to obtain
- Must have working rights in Australia
