Food & Beverage Attendants | Private Gaming & VIP Services | The Star Brisbane

We're looking for exceptional Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Private Gaming team at The Star Brisbane. This is not your typical hospitality role. You'll be delivering personalised service to premium guests within our exclusive Private Gaming areas, building genuine relationships and creating memorable experiences in a luxury environment. We are particularly seeking team members who are available to work overnight, late night and graveyard shifts across our 24/7 operation.

If you have experience in luxury hotels, VIP lounges, premium dining venues, executive lounges, in room dining, casinos, or high end hospitality environments, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Delivering premium food and beverage service within our exclusive Private Gaming areas
- Building strong relationships with valued guests through attentive and personalised service
- Anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
- Maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards
- Working closely with gaming and hospitality teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Providing outstanding service during late night and overnight trading periods

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in premium hospitality, executive lounges,



private gaming lounges or similar environments
- Availability and willingness to work overnight and graveyard shifts on a regular basis
- A passion for delivering personalised guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and a professional, polished presentation
- The ability to build rapport with high value guests from diverse backgrounds
- A calm and professional approach in a fast paced workplace
- Queensland RSA Certificate
