Join the opening team at Small Wonder in Tamar Valley

Small Wonder Wines is opening soon, and we’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our new venue launch in Tamar Valley. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new high-end cellar door and restaurant from the beginning, helping shape the service, culture and guest experience from day one.

Roles available

We are currently looking for casual team members to join our front of house team, including:

- Food & Beverage Attendants - Restaurant and Cellar Door
- Food & Beverage Attendants - Garden Bar

We’re looking for people who genuinely love hospitality, food, wine and creating excellent guest experiences. People who take pride in their craft, care about the details, and want to be part of a venue with purpose. At Small Wonder, hospitality is about more than what’s on the plate or in the glass. It’s about warmth, consistency, connection, regeneration, sustainability, and leaving the world a little better than we found it.

About the roles

We’re building a team that can move confidently between tastings, food and beverage service, guest hosting and keeping the venue flowing.

You will

- Deliver warm, attentive and professional service across the venue
- Create memorable guest experiences that reflect Small Wonder’s values
- Champion our food, wine, service style and regenerative approach
- Take genuine pride in the presentation, flow and feel of the space
- Run cellar door tastings with confidence,



care and enthusiasm
- Support food and beverage service with energy, accuracy and attention to detail
- Work fluidly across cellar door, restaurant and events as business needs require
- Work as part of the team to keep service seamless, welcoming and considered
