The Mill Hotel Bar and Restaurant (Spring Hill) is looking for experienced staff in the following department:

Open from 7am to late (after 10pm). Shifts can be 7 to 2pm, 12pm to 8pm, or even 5pm to close to give an idea of hours.

Restaurant – Food & Beverage Attendant (Casual)

As a successful candidate you will have:

- Previous experience desired but not essential
- Must have current RSA and RSG or be willing to obtain
- A positive attitude, friendly nature, and true passion for customer service (essential qualities of the successful candidate)
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have high standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Eftpos and cash handling experience
- Must show attention to detail
- The ability to work unsupervised, solve problems and handle pressured situations
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including weekends





Please note: All necessary training will be provided; the successful candidate must be available to work weekends and alter between morning and night shifts.
