About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food Production Staff to join the team at Inner Health Foods Pty Ltd in Glendenning, NSW. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst contributing to the production of quality food products. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, playing a vital role in our assembly and process operations.

Key responsibilities

- Operate and monitor food production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Perform assembly and packaging tasks with accuracy and efficiency to meet production targets
- Follow standardised recipes, formulations and production procedures to ensure consistent product quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area, including equipment sanitisation
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications before packaging
- Assist with labelling, packaging and preparing products for dispatch
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production updates and issues
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to management
- Comply with all food safety regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing or assembly work (preferred but not essential)
- A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment and meet productivity targets




- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- A cooperative and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to accommodate varying shift patterns
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Current food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one (preferred)
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
