About The Role
We're looking for experienced forestry and land management scientists to help shape the next generation of AI. Your field expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand forest ecosystems, land-use decisions, and sustainable management practices — work that matters well beyond a single project.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your schedule and work asynchronously on tasks that match your background.

What You'll Do
- Review forestry and land management scenarios used to train AI models
- Assess the accuracy of AI-generated content related to forest health, land use, and sustainability
- Identify errors, oversimplifications, or flawed reasoning in management recommendations
- Provide clear, structured feedback that improves how AI approaches applied environmental decision-making
- Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in forestry, land management, or a closely related field
- Strong working knowledge of forest ecosystems, silviculture, or land-use planning
- Able to critically evaluate applied environmental recommendations for technical accuracy
- Comfortable reviewing and annotating written technical content
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
Nice to Have
- Degree in Forestry, Natural Resources, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Experience with conservation programs, land-use planning, or regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
