JRM Resources is a proudly family-owned and operated business based in Waroona, Western Australia. With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong local workforce delivering Civil, Mining and Forestry services across the Peel Region and surrounding areas. With new clearing projects commencing in October 2026, we are seeking experienced Excavator Operators and Clearing Dozer Operators to join our team across our Willowdale and Huntly mine sites on a 7:7 roster.

About the Roles

Excavator Operators

- Operate excavators fitted with hydraulic wood shears and timber processing attachments
- Undertake clearing, snipping and processing of timber
- Cut timber residue into manageable sizes and create stockpiles
- Sort and separate timber species, including Jarrah and Bluegum
- Organise felled timber into stacks based on size and type for transport or further processing
- Separate timber from rubble, rocks and debris to prevent contamination
- Maintain clean and safe working areas throughout clearing operations

Clearing Dozer Operators

- Operate dozers across forestry and mine clearing activities
- Clear and push timber and debris
- Assist with establishing and maintaining clear work areas
- Push and stockpile cleared material as required
- Work around excavators and other mobile plant during clearing operations
- Identify and avoid material that may impact timber recovery or processing





General Responsibilities

- Complete daily pre-starts and plant inspections
- Ensure machinery is maintained in a safe and serviceable condition
- Work closely with supervisors and other operators to safely complete clearing activities
- Follow site procedures, environmental requirements and JRM Resources safety standards

About You

- Forestry or mine clearing operations
- Experience operating Excavators or Dozers
- Current and relevant mobile plant operating tickets
- White Card
- Valid Australian driver’s licence – Minimum C class
- Previous mining environment experience highly regarded
- Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
