Role Description This is a full-time, in office Forward Deployed Engineer role based in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, translate them into software solutions, and implement these solutions in production environments. You will design, build, and maintain back-end services and integrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance in live systems.

Daily activities include collaborating with product and customer success teams, writing clean and maintainable code, participating in code reviews,



and contributing to technical documentation. You will also help refine deployment processes, support rollouts, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and practical application in modern languages.
- Ability to work on-site with customers, gather requirements, and communicate complex technical topics clearly.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and debugging in live environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, or DevOps practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
