Lead deployment of AI-assisted development workflows for ASX-listed engineering teams.

This is a customer vacancy managed through Balncs. The successful candidate will work close to customer teams while maintaining strong production-engineering standards and a clear feedback path into the underlying platform.

What you will own

- Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
- Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer environment.
- Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
- Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.

Evidence we are looking for
- 3+ years in FDE, solutions or ML engineering




- CI/CD delivery experience
- Strong Python skills
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Experience working with enterprise development teams
