Own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI workflows for strategic enterprise customers.

This is a customer vacancy managed through Balncs. The successful candidate will work close to customer teams while maintaining robust production-engineering standards and a clear feedback path into the underlying platform.

What you will own

- Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
- Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer environment.
- Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
- Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.

Evidence we are looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience




- Cloud delivery experience across AWS or Azure
- Hands-on LLM and retrieval-augmented generation experience
- Confident stakeholder-facing communication
