Build and maintain workflow automation and data integrations for hospital operations teams using an existing platform.

This is a customer vacancy managed through Balncs. The successful candidate will work close to customer teams while maintaining strong production-engineering standards and a clear feedback path into the underlying platform.

What you will own

- Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
- Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer setting.
- Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
- Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.

Evidence we are looking for




- Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated domain
- Strong integration and API skills
- Stakeholder-facing communication
