About the Role

Clarity Partners is seeking a senior finance professional to join our mining producer client as an FP&A; Manager.

This is a senior finance role supporting leadership with forward-looking financial analysis, planning and commercial insight. You will play a key role in providing visibility of business performance and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Develop financial models and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Provide analysis and insights on financial and operational performance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions.
- Prepare management reporting and financial presentations.
- Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities to improve performance.
- Support business cases, strategic initiatives and financial planning.

About You

- CA / CPA or equivalent qualification is essential .
- Mining or resources experience is essential.




- Proven experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or a similar senior finance role.
- Strong experience across budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Solid commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
