About the Role

A newly created opportunity now exists for a motivated freight professional to support and coordinate end-to-end import and export operations.

You will work closely with the Manager and a team across:

- Coordinating import and export shipments from origin to destination
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transport operators and warehouses
- Track cargo movements and provide proactive updates to clients
- Prepare and maintain shipping, transport and logistics documentation
- Manage bookings and scheduling arrangements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

We’re looking for someone with:

- Experience in Import/Export Operations or Freight Forwarding (must have)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Australian Citizenship / PR / NZ Citizenship
- Forklift ticket (highly desirable)
