We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-focused Fresher Data Analyst to help transform raw data into useful business insights. This role is ideal for someone starting their analytics career who enjoys exploring datasets, spotting patterns, preparing reports, and using data to support smarter decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal and external sources.
- Clean, transform, and validate datasets to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Build reports, dashboards, charts, and visual summaries.
- Track key business metrics and highlight meaningful changes.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from different teams.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, Sales, and other departments.
- Investigate data inconsistencies and assist with identifying potential causes.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
- Support improvements to data collection, reporting, and analysis workflows.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL .
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and business metrics.
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret information and communicate findings clearly.
- Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable learning new analytical tools and technologies.
- Organized approach to handling datasets, reports, and deadlines.
