We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Fresher Data Analyst to help transform raw data into meaningful business insights. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with numbers, identifying patterns, preparing reports, and using data to support informed business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and management.
- Create dashboards, charts, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight important changes.
- Use Excel, SQL, and analytical tools to investigate business questions.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
- Investigate data-quality issues and assist with improving reporting accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
- Support data-driven projects and process-improvement initiatives.




- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and business metrics.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and logical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to identify patterns and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new data tools and technologies.
- Academic projects, internships, portfolios, or personal data-analysis projects are a plus.
