We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-focused Fresher Data Analyst to help turn raw information into meaningful insights. This role is ideal for someone beginning their analytics career who enjoys working with numbers, discovering patterns, preparing reports, and supporting data-driven business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal and external sources.
- Clean, transform, and validate datasets to ensure data accuracy.
- Explore data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, charts, and data summaries.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight significant changes.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from different departments.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and practical business insights.
- Collaborate with teams such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Sales.
- Investigate data inconsistencies and assist with identifying potential causes.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical workflows.
- Support improvements to data collection, reporting,



and analysis processes.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL .
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and business metrics.
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to organize and interpret information effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable learning new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.
