About the role

We are currently recruiting experienced drivers for full-time positions operating Front Lift, Hook Lift and Rear Lift vehicles. Based at our Moorebank, NSW facility, you will be a key part of our transport operations team, responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of waste and recycling materials. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, safety-focused organisation committed to environmental sustainability.

The role requires excellent driving skills, mechanical knowledge and a strong commitment to workplace safety standards.

Key responsibilities

- Safely operate and manoeuvre Front Lift, Hook Lift and/or Rear Lift vehicles in accordance with all relevant traffic and safety regulations
- Perform daily pre-operation vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues or defects to management
- Collect and deliver waste and recycling materials to designated locations following established routes and schedules
- Operate hydraulic lifting equipment efficiently and safely to load and unload materials
- Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries and vehicle usage
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues regarding collection times and any operational issues




- Adhere strictly to all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a qualified appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintenance of vehicles and equipment

What we're looking for

- Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence, depending on vehicle type
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating Front Lift, Hook Lift and/or Rear Lift vehicles in a commercial waste or transport setting
- Excellent safety record and commitment to zero-harm workplace practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks
- Reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic
