This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Front Office Department. You'll drive service excellence, develop team capability, own guest satisfaction outcomes, and ensure the smooth operation of a busy hotel environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading and developing the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Managing daily Front Office operations, including arrivals, departures, room inventory and guest services.
- Driving guest satisfaction, associate engagement, service recovery and Marriott brand standards.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing associates to achieve their full potential.
- Partnering with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales and Revenue teams to deliver seamless hotel operations.
- Managing departmental performance, labour productivity and operational KPIs.

What We're Looking For We're interested in capability, leadership and potential. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven leadership experience within a hotel Front Office environment.
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage escalated guest situations.
- Experience using Property Management Systems, preferably Opera Cloud, Opera or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and building engaged teams.

- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience leading a Front Office team within a hotel operation at a management capacity.
- Demonstrated proficiency with hotel PMS systems.




- Ability to respond to operational needs as required.
- Proven track record of achieving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, service quality, and operational performance targets.
