About the Role

Wing Shack is an American-style fast food restaurant specialising in wings, fried chicken and burgers, with a strong focus on food quality and customer service.

We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to work alongside our Shop Manager and help oversee the day-to-day operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside the Shop Manager to:

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the entire store
- Lead the team to maintain high food quality, fast service, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Recruit, train, coach and manage staff
- Manage stock levels, daily prep and ordering to ensure the store is ready for trade
- Help manage staffing and labour costs
- Ensure the store is appropriately staffed and operational across all trading hours




- Handle day-to-day issues and report important matters to the Shop Manager

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar rapid food/QSR management or supervisory role
- Excellent, clear communication and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organised and confident leading a team
- Ability to work well and remain calm under pressure
- Broad availability, including nights and weekends
- Looking for a long-term role with consistent full-time hours
