Landlord Complaince is an industry leader in the installation and maintenance of smoke alarms in residential properties across the greater Illawarra, Wollongong and south Sydney

An prospect exists for a licensed Electrician to join our team in servicing from Wollongong to South Sydney.

We have big goals, and we need the right people on board to help us continue achieving them! If you are highly driven, accountable, personable, have great time management sills and work well independently…. keep reading because we would love to hear from you! The primary purpose of this position is to complete all required safety compliance work needed to ensure properties meet the current legislative guidelines for Landlords.

Does this sound like you?

- Experience in domestic installations, maintenance, fault finding & board upgrades




- Experience in smoke alarm compliance (desirable)
- A current electrical license (Nominated Supervisor or Contractors Licence is perfered by not essential)
- A current driver's license

Ideal location would suit someone that lives from Wollongong to South Sydney (Fairy Meadow, Corrimal, Thirroul or as far north as Cronulla, Sutherland, Menai and Engadine)

What you'll be doing:

- Smoke alarm compliance
- Corded blind compliance
- RCD safety switch testing
- Water compliance for rental properties
