About the role

You will be front of house and first point of contact for all patients. The role involves learning the computer system, answering and making phone calls, general reception duties, attending to optometrists and patients, and dispensing frames and lenses.

About you

- Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing qualification required
- Excellent customer service experience required
- Strong work ethic
- Efficiency and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment
- Capable to build rapport with long standing and new clients
