The Role
n
The incoming litigator will play a pivotal role and manage complex commercial disputes across one or more of the following areas, depending on specialisation:
n

- General Commercial litigation
n
- Class actions — defence-side work for institutional and corporate clients (advantageous)
n
- Regulatory and compliance — ASIC, ACCC and other regulatory enforcement matters
n
- Insolvency and restructuring — creditor-side and insolvency practitioner engagements
n
n
The role carries genuine leadership responsibilities, including supervision and development of junior lawyers, active participation in firm-wide BD initiatives and full engagement in the firm.

About You
n
We are seeking an experienced litigation SA or SC who is ready for a strategic move and can demonstrate the following:
n
n
- 6–15 years' post-admission experience with a substantive commercial litigation focus
n
- Deep technical capability across complex commercial disputes — preferably with expertise in one or more of the sub-areas noted above
n
- Experience from a top-tier, leading mid-tier or well-regarded specialist disputes firm
n
- The commercial instinct and interpersonal credibility to operate effectively within a collegiate partnership
n
n
