Job Description
EnergyAustralia is seeking a Workplace Relations Advisor based in Docklands, Melbourne, for a six‐month max term contract with a hybrid model (2–3 days in the office). You will coach leaders, provide practical advice on performance, conduct issues and disciplinary processes, and help resolve employee relations matters within our Customer division.
